FIELD: pharmaceutics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the production of complexes containing isotopes, in particular complexes used as radio-markers containing isotope 68Ga. The method for the production of 68Ga complexes includes a complex-formation reaction between a molecule functionalized with chelating groups and 68Ga, which is carried out in an aqueous buffer solution with pH in the range of 3.0-4.5, while the specified reaction is carried out in the presence of a compound capable of binding metal cations in complexes, which is added in the beginning of the complex-formation reaction. The molecule functionalized with chelating groups is selected from a group consisting of: DOTA and its derivatives, NOTA and its derivatives, PCTA and its derivatives. The compound capable of binding metal cations in complexes is selected from a group consisting of: glycine and other chelating amino acids, crown-ethers and nitrogen-containing crown-ethers, a heterocyclic organic compound, calixarene, a polydentate chelating agent, catechins, tannin, porphyrin, linear or macrocyclic chelating agents. A reaction set for the introduction of a pharmaceutical label and a vial for the introduction of a pharmaceutical label are also proposed.

EFFECT: proposed method allows for achievement of a suitable degree of complex-formation and, consequently, sufficient purity without any preliminary or final purification.
