FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nuclear medicine, namely, to a method for producing gallium-68 complexes. The method includes implementation of a complexation reaction between a 68Ga isotope and molecules containing chelating groups of PSMA-11 or DOTA and derivatives thereof, wherein the reaction is conducted in a buffer medium - tris(2-hydroxyethyl)ammonium [NH(CH2CH2OH)3](C6H5CO2) benzoate under conditions of low-temperature radio labelling at 37°C.
EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of producing gallium-68 complexes with a high radiochemical conversion and with a minimum acceptable content of impurities in the form of unbound gallium and/or colloidal gallium under conditions of low-temperature radio labelling.
