FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of natural gas production and, in particular, to provision of optimal performance of technological processes complex of gas collection and preparation for long distance transport. Method of gas field technological processes control consists in the fact that geological investigations are performed in process of field development, gas loops are formed from every gas well cluster, unit of stop and control valve (SCV) is installed on every loop with controller valve, loops are combined into gathering header of unstripped gas (GH), from which the latter is sent to installation of complex gas preparation (ICGP), at that pressure Pgp is monitored at ICGP outlet in dry gas header, pressure PSCV is monitored in GH at ICGP inlet and gas flow is monitored in every i technological run of ICGP, value of controlled parameters and their maximum permissible values is introduced into automatic system of technological process control (ASTPC), and flow in every i technological run of ICGP is maintained within the limits of specified values at that mode of operation of every gas well cluster is monitored by gas flow in j loop of this gas well cluster, at that fulfillment of condition is checked, gas pressure Pj is checked in j loop at the inlet to SCV, and fulfillment of condition is checked, possibility of controller valve to operate in j loop of gas wells at SCV inlet via feedback is monitored, difference is determined between specified FSP and actual gas flow in ICGP within specified time interval Tsp, for instance, within one hour, gas in ICGP is dried in gas drying department (GDD), and possibility of controller valve to operate in i technological run of GDD via feedback is monitored, and by these values step of pressure control in GH is assigned, as well as step of pressure control at ICGP outlet in fry gas header and step of current gas flow with ICGP. As a result, accuracy of ICGP technological processes performance is achieved with the help of ASTPC, mode of gas field development is optimised, and personnel number involved in performance of technological processes is reduced.
EFFECT: accuracy of ICGP technological processes performance is achieved with help of ASTPC, mode of gas field development is optimised, and personnel number involved in performance of technological processes is reduced.
