FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: in process of component processing on machine, displacement sensors fix position of cutter top in space depending on spindle turn angle determined by sensor of turn angle. Data on position of cutter top and spindle turn angle is sent to computer, where it is recorded and processed. Developed program makes it possible to process received signals and to build geometric image of component in three-dimensional space. With the help of harmonic analysis method, by profiles of longitudinal and transverse sections, rated parameters of machine accuracy are determined.
EFFECT: monitoring of machine accuracy by several rated parameters.
