FIELD: technological processes; pipes.
SUBSTANCE: pipes are arranged with the possibility of sliding against each other with controlled friction. At that at first film is applied from noncohesive lubricating material onto internal surface of external casing pipe and/or on external surface of internal bearing pipe. Then row of gaskets made of heat insulating material are fixed on internal bearing pipe. Then external casing pipe is joined and aligned to internal bearing pipe to provide cavity between them. Then sealing flanges are installed at pipe ends. Then pipes provided with flanges and connected to each other are heated in furnace, and liquid resin that completely fills cavity created between pipes as a result of further expansion is supplied via flange or flanges by means of suitable device. After heat-insulating material has hardened, flanges are removed from ends of joined pipes.
EFFECT: creation of simpler and faster method for manufacture of heat-insulating pipelines comprising coaxial pipes arranged with the possibility of sliding against each other with controlled friction.
