FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to compressor engineering, in particular to centrifugal compressors, namely to design of their impellers. Impeller is a composite structure comprising composite blades and disks arranged in monolithic rings and connected to each other along coaxial cylindrical joining surfaces to create common profile of blade channels. At that combined long slots are provided on joining surfaces of at least one joint of adjacent composite blades, and these slots contain rigid precision latches, for instance in the form of pins. In process of centrifugal compressor operation, torsion torque from central part of impeller to every part of impeller (middle, peripheral) is transmitted by friction force that occurs on joining surface of every part. Precision (fastening) pins are installed with relatively low tightness, which makes it possible to reduce level of deformations and internal stresses in material of impeller composite parts.
EFFECT: increase of impeller rotation circumferential speed, higher operational reliability and resource of compressor operation.
