FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of prescribed ingredients, cutting and freezing green onion, cutting pickles. The said ingredients are mixed with "Yuzhny" sauce, salt, calcium ascorbate, black pepper and laurel leaves. Poultry meat is cut and packed together with the obtained mixture and mayonnaise in containers, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar dish.
