SUBSTANCE: tinned food is produced by cutting, browning onion in the melted butter, cutting and blanching cherry plums, cutting and frosting cilantro and dill, cutting chicken, boiling rice till twofold mass increase; mixing the said components at the oxygen-free conditions with table salt, peppermint and black bitter pepper, packing of the obtained mix and bone broth, sealing and sterilising.
EFFECT: higher digestibility compared to similar culinary dish.
