SUBSTANCE: machine contains device for application of water flow onto heat insulating cloth in process of heat insulating cloth delivery to wrapping section. Device for application of dissolvent flow comprises pneumatic vibrator with vibrating rod and flexible nozzle fixed to vibrating rod so that it passes across vibrating rod. Water with controlled flow rate is supplied to flexible nozzle by means of pump. During supply of heat-insulating cloth from end of flexible nozzle, which executes reciprocal motion in transverse direction of heat insulating cloth due to rod oscillations, water flow is delivered to heat insulating cloth. Water supplied dissolves binder used in heat insulating cloth for adhesion of heat insulating fiber, thus creating wet strip, at that wet strip has wave-like shape and continuously passes along longitudinal direction of heat insulating cloth, and create adhesive area for article adhesion.
EFFECT: sufficient strength of fixation between article and heat insulating cloth and desired characteristics of heating rod burning.
