A tubular manufacturing system for use with an aerosol generating device for manufacturing tubular members comprises a gel. The tubular element manufacturing system comprises a first continuous supply device configured to continuously supply the first web of wrapping material along the supply path. It also comprises a nozzle configured to distribute the gel directly over the first web of wrapping material. The gel comprises water. It also comprises a second continuous supply device for supplying the second component to the first web of wrapping material. And it also comprises a rolling device configured to roll the first web of wrapping material around the gel and the second component to form a tubular element of continuous length.

EFFECT: making a tubular element for use in an aerosol generating product that does not tend to leak, and the aerosol generated from the tubular element is effectively delivered when heated by the aerosol generating device.
