FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to obstetrics, and aims at prediction of non-developing pregnancy in normal embryo karyotype. Woman’s medical history is determined: a history of infertility, adenomyosis, thrombocyte count. Analysis of polymorphisms is performed PAI1-675 5G/4G, MTHFR C677T, MTRR A66G, NOS3 C-786T. Partner’s spermogram is examined. Prognostic index Z is calculated by formula Z=1.8X1+1.8X2+0.008X3+0.3X4+X5+1.7X6+1.2X7-1.7X8-2.79. If Z > 0, a high risk of a missed pregnancy is predicted in the presence of an embryo with a normal karyotype; if Z < 0, a low risk is predicted.
EFFECT: invention provides more effective prediction of non-developing pregnancy in normal embryo karyotype, as well as ease of implementation.
