FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: indices of keratorefractometry with narrow pupil and under conditions of cycloplegia, and cornea topography are determined; aberrometry is performed. Additionally by aberrometry data, value of mismatch of visual and optic axes, value of difference of cornea refracting properties in any two opposite symmetric points of cornea relative to its optical centre are determined. In case of axial asymmetry of "sand clock" picture by topography data and value of mismatch of keratometrically and reftactometrically determined astigmatism axes in case astigmatism value is more than 1.0 dioptre and if value of mismatch of visual and optic axes is more than 0.2 mm, value of difference of refracting properties of cornea in any two opposite symmetric points of cornea relative to its optic centre is more than 1.0 diotre and value of keratometrically and reftactometrically determined axes of astigmatism more than 10° or in case two of said factors are present, technique of eximerlaser operation, carried out by aberrometry data, is selected.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency of performed operation due to more accurate selection of eximerlaser operation type and taking into account possible deviation of zone of laser energy impact relative to optic axis of eye.
