SUBSTANCE: preliminary alloyed metallic powder on the basis of iron, containing at least 1.3-3.5 wt % of chrome, 0.15-0.7 wt % of molybdenum, manganese and unavoidable admixtures, it is mixed with 0.1-1.0 wt % of graphite. Received mixture is pressed under pressure at least 600 MPA. Then it is implemented single-stage sintering at the temperature more than 1100°C and following shot peening. Received details have microstructure of pearlite or fine-dispersed pearlite, or martensite and bottom beinite, or tempering martensite.
EFFECT: high endurance of details.
