FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to braking system diagnostics means. Proposed method consists in determining vehicle wheel angular speed by contactless process, memorising it by computer ADC and using computer to determine average braking force average specific braking force on each wheel average specific braking force of entire vehicle and coefficient of unevenness of braking forces between LH and RH vehicle sides Kunevenness. Method of estimating serviceability of anti-locking system by contactless process consists in determination of vehicle wheel angular speed, instantaneous values of spin Si and average spin value with the help of compute. Proposed device comprises flywheels, vehicle wheel angular speed pickups mounted at the test bench between bearing rollers connected to computer via ADC. Flywheels of one and another platform are articulated via bevel reduction gear and propeller shaft. Articulation between aforesaid flywheel and appropriate bearing rollers is implemented with the help of chain drive and clutch.
EFFECT: higher quality and rate of determination of diagnostics parametres of braking systems furnished with anti-locking system.
