SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to biotechnology and molecular biology. Designed is pair of specific oligonucletide primers for identifying DNA C.posadasii, with activity of direct or reverse primer in an amplification reaction, with the following structure: 5'-CACTTCTTAAGTCTTATTTCC-3'-CpSOW82s 5'- GGCATTGATCGTCACCTCCAT-3'-CpSOW82as. The invention can be used in medicine for identifying genetic material of the one of the coccidioidomycosis stimulants - Coccidioides posadasii in samples for diagnosis in practical health care and in the federal service for heath and consumer rights, as well as in scientific research.

EFFECT: identification of Cposadasii, distinguish it from the phylogenetic closely-related myxomycete Cimmitis and detect in a short period of time with high sensitivity and specificity of DNA of this coccidioidomycosis stimulant in biological material and environmental media.
