SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, molecular biology. Disclosed is set of oligonucleotide primers and fluorescent-marked probe for identifying DNA agents coccidioidomycosis C. immitis and C. posadasii by polymerase chain reaction with hybridization-fluorescent detection results, containing pair of oligonucleotides having activity of upstream and downstream primers and probe with complementary terminal sequences of “molecular beacon” type, having following structure:
EFFECT: use of developed set of oligonucleotide primers CimMBP3s/CimMBP4as and fluorescent-marked probe Pf-MBP-1 allows in short period of time with high sensitivity and specificity to identify DNA agents coccidioidomycosis C.immitis and C.posadasii in samples of pure cultures, biological material and environmental objects.
