SUBSTANCE: set contains a pair of oligonucleotides with activity of upstream and downstream primers complementary to the nucleotide sequences of the region conservative areas of 28S rRNA micromycetes gene. The oligonucleotide primers have the following structure: 5'-CATATCAATAAGCGGAGG-3' (upstream primer Fungi 28S-f) and 5'-CGACCAATATTTAGCTTTAG-3' (downsteam primer Fungi 28S-r).

EFFECT: invention enables to expand the range of tools for amplifying and sequencing a fragment of 28S gene of ribosomal RNA of various kinds of mycosis pathogens for analysing nucleotide sequences, establishing species applience of micromycetes pure cultures, studying their phylogenetic relationship at the species level and identifying medically important micromycetes.
