BUILDING STRAIGHTENING METHOD Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC E02D35/00 

FIELD: building, particularly for straightening, lifting, or lowering of foundation structures or of constructions erected on foundations.

SUBSTANCE: method involves drilling wells; removing and wetting ground under foundation bed. Wells are drilled in vertical direction in foundation panel of building to be straightened and coaxial injectors are submersed in the wells. Water is injected under pressure through inner cavity of the injectors and ground in the form of sludge is removed through outer injector cavity. Sequence of ground development under foundation panel bed with taking into consideration structure operational conditions are set to exhibit a tendency towards foundation deflecting in both directions, namely in longitudinal and transversal ones. At initial stage amount of removed ground is 0.3-0.8 of total ground amount to be removed to provide building straightening. Then amount of removed ground is increased in according to continuous building settlement data. After heel elimination building position is fixed by supplying high-pressure hardening mixture under foundation bed through above wells.

EFFECT: extended field of application due to possibility of building settlement regulation during foundation panel straightening along with increased safety of building straightening works.
