FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the generation of laminar flows with low incipient turbulence level, to technology of creating superclean-space rooms in semiconductor industry and medicine, to development of efficient conditioners, to aerohydrodynamics spheres in which generation of laminar streamline flows with shaped velocity profile is necessary. The result is achieved by mounting a receiver with cooled medium at the entry of the vertical channel, fitting the end of the channel with a set of fine meshes which are characterised by variable hydraulic resistance along the channel section provided by the selection of mesh sizes and quantity, mounting a suction assembly at the distance of about 10 outlet diameters from the channel outlet opening down the flow direction.
EFFECT: reducing intensive turbulent mixing processes.
