FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biological material analysis. Method of hTERT telomerase subunit analysis for mRNA level is offered. Method allows revealing mRNA of hTERT at single cell level using hybridisation in situ with fluorescent probe, followed by analysis with flow cytofluorimeter.
EFFECT: possibility of quantitative estimation of mRNA level of telomerase in various cells concerning quantity standard mRNA of hTERT in tumoral line cells and analysis of greater number of samples with smaller time and financial expenses.
