FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as buffer amplifier incorporated with various-purpose analog microcircuits (for example, decider amplifiers with low zero-shift voltages). Proposed differential amplifier (DA) comprises input differential stage (DS) (1) with its first (2) and second (3) collector outputs connected to emitters of first (4) and second (5) output transistors and, via first (6) and second (7) current-stabilising bipolar transistors, connected with power supply circuit bus (8). It comprises also potential shift circuit (9) connected with integrated transistor bases (4) and (5), transistor current mirror (10) with its input connected to transistor collector (5) and its output connected with collector (4) and base (11) of output emitter follower with its emitter with output (12) of DA, and third current-stabilising bipolar transistor (13). DA circuit additionally comprises transistor (14) with its base connected with emitter of transistor (5), its collector connected to DA output (12) and its emitter connected, via third current-stabilising bipolar transistor (13), with power supply bus (8).
EFFECT: decreased zero-shift voltage.
