FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device for fastening loads on a vehicle has flexible buckles, each of which has flexible element (1), with tightening mechanism (2), intermediate tie-down node (3) and end tie-down nodes (4). The device also has fastening elements on base (7), arranged into rows, between which the load is placed. The intermediate tie-down node is in form of a link with friction coupling and is joined to the load fastening element with possibility of sliding the flexible element into it. The fastening elements on the load and on the base are fitted such that, flexible elements form a triangle with acute angles on the base and top of the load. End tie-down nodes in the first version are rigidly fixed in fastening elements of the base. In the second version, end tie-down nodes are rigidly fixed in load fastening elements. In the third version, end tie-down nodes are successively joined to load and base fastening elements.

EFFECT: increased reliability of fastening loads and safety of transporting dangerous goods in shock operation conditions and abnormal loads.
