SUBSTANCE: method involves boiling, cleaning and cutting eggs, cutting and blanching potatoes and fresh cucumbers, blanching and cutting carrots, cutting mackerel fillet and pickled cucumbers, freezing fresh green peas, mixing of the listed components without oxygen access with table salt and calcium citrate, packing of the obtained mixture and mayonnaise and sealing and sterilising of the recipe components.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
