FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of manufacturing canned snacks. Recipe components are manufactured by boiling, peeling and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and blanching potatoes and cucumbers, blanching and cutting carrots, cutting, mackerel and pickled cucumbers, freezing fresh green peas. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with lemon juice, culinary salt and calcium citrate under oxygen-free conditions. The obtained mixture and mayonnaise are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows manufacturing of new canned food with higher digestibility comparing to similar culinary dish.
