FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to medicine and method for prediction of suppuration of unicameral echinococcus cyst in noninvasive children. Substance of invention includes extraction of DNA from lymphocytes of peripheral venous blood, performance of HLA-typing, if allele DQB1*02 is detected in genotype, risk of development of echinococcosis complications related to cyst suppuration is predicted in examined patient.
EFFECT: provides for prediction of suppuration of unicameral echinococcosis cyst with high accuracy.
