FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for differentiation of nature of origin recurrent cysts during cyst echinococcosis. DNA is recovered from brood capsule of primary and recurrent echinococcus cysts. Polymerase chain reaction is used to produce fragments marker gene section cox1 E. granulosus. Polymorphism of restriction fragment lengths are analysed. Upon detecting similarity of lengths of restriction fragments of primary and recurrent echinococcus cysts, it is established that recurrent cyst has implantation nature of origin. Upon detecting differences, residual or re-invasive cause of recurrent cyst is established.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain new criteria for differentiation of nature of origin of postoperative recurrences of cyst echinococcosis.
