SUBSTANCE: screwdown structure contains hydraulic actuator, located between mill bed and forming roll chock, and contains of cylindrical body, piston, rod and two basis, implemented of nonmagnetic materials, between which it is located piston, on side walls of which, directed to basis, are affixed plates, implemented of resistance material, and on the basis sides, directed to piston, installed field magnets, connected to charger.
EFFECT: lighter regulation of thickness and profile of strip in the range of defined allowance, improved rolled metal.
