FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: oligonucleotide biochip is proposed to identify the genetic determinants of N. gonorrhoeae resistance to antimicrobial drugs including fluoroquinolones, penicillin series antibiotics, cephalosporins, tetracyclines, macrolides, spectinomycin, and a set of oligonucleotides to be immobilised on a biochip. The biochip is a substrate with grouped elements containing 2 cells that do not contain probes to calculate the background signal, 3 cells with an immobilised marker for correct biochip positioning, as well as cells with immobilised oligonucleotides that determine the affinity of the analyzed DNA to N. Gonorrhoeae, and oligonucleotides providing identification of genetic determinants associated with pathogen resistance to antimicrobial agents, the oligonucleotides having the sequences of SEQ ID NO: 1-43.

EFFECT: invention allows to accurately determine the genetic determinants of the compound resistance to antibacterial drugs in the clinical material in a short period of time.
