SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of manufacturing canned snacks. Preserved food is prepared by means of boiling, peeling and cutting of hen's eggs, cutting and blanching of potatoes and cucumbers, blanching and cutting of laminaria, cutting and freezing of lettuce, green onion and greens, cutting of skin-off rockfish fillet, mixing of mentioned components in oxygen free conditions with table salt, calcium sorbate, black bitter pepper and laurel leaf, packing of prepared mixture and sour cream, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preserves possess increased digestibility.
