FIELD: transport, pipelines.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device can be used for trenchless replacement of pipelines in repair and reconstruction of underground engineering lines. The pipe destructing tool with disk knives and bearing rollers is hinged to the hole expander. The bearing rollers are arranged on the ends of a two-arm lever fitted in the said pipe destruction tool so as to allow the lever to turn therein. The disk knives are arranged behind the bearing rollers in one plane. The aforesaid pipe destruction tool is coupled with the pull element with the help of a winch. The expander rear end accommodates the plastic pipeline to be laid.
