SUBSTANCE: proposed preserved food method includes boiling, peeling and cutting chicken eggs, blanching and straining carrots, cutting and freezing parsley, freezing green peas, mincing salmon fillet, mixing the listed ingredients with salt without access for oxygen, packing the mixture and mayonnaise, pressurisation and sterilisation.
EFFECT: obtaining new canned food with increased digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish and can be used for dietary meals.
