SUBSTANCE: invention refers to food industry. Method provides for preparation of the recipe components; boiling, peeling and cutting the hen's eggs; potatoes and carrots blanching and grating, garlic blanching and grating, frosting the green peas; tofu grating, mixing the said components at the oxygen-free conditions with table salt; packing the produced mixture and mayonnaise, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: this method allows manufacturing of new canned food for dietary feeding having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
