Define presence or absence of significant risk factors and quantity of points corresponding to them at the patient: significant factors are not present - 0.5 points, absence of filtration of an intraocular liquid through a wound - 1 point, prescription of a trauma after 16 hours - 1.5 points, age of the patient is more senior than 60 years or presence of a secondary immunodeficiency at the patient - 3 points. Perform an estimation on a score: 0.5 points - low risk, 1-2.5 points - average risk, 3-4 points - high risk, 4.5-5.5 points - the highest risk.
EFFECT: reduction of prognostication terms and objectivation of the method.
