SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to the methods and means of wound bleedings. For detection of a wound bleeding use an optical fiber conducting radiation. The fiber is the part of the bleeding detection device having an optical fiber, having a zone of detection of the blood, formed by a constant flexure of the fiber and executed with equipment possibility near to a controllable wound, a source of radiation which is in optical interrelation with one extremity of the fiber, the photodetector which is in optical interrelation with other extremity of a fiber, an agent intensifying the signal of the photodetector, means of changes in time of the strengthened signal and the annunciator executed with possibility of actuating at weakening of the signal of preset threshold. Methods of bleeding detection and wound control are intended for use together with the offered device.

EFFECT: invention use allows to supervise a wound condition.
