FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiac surgery. Ablation line is created on interatrial septum to coronary sinus, starting from right atrium cut. One branch of bilopar electrode is brought in from the side of left atrium, and the second branch is brought in through cut on right atrium in such a way that electrode tip enters coronary sinus orifice. Standard ablation lines on right atrium are not created and resection of its auricle is not performed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce trauma of atria, prevent development of postincisional atrial flutter due to performing ablation line on interatrial septum, reduce hormonal and transport dysfunction of right atrium due to elimination of ablation lines in it and preservation of auricle.
