FIELD: mining; engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: method of processing by flocculation and separation of non-purified fluid includes processing of non-purified fluid, circulation together with flocculant in coagulatory bath, and circulation of flocculated mixture in zone of separation. A central zone is delimited in the coagulatory bath by means of a completely submerged tube guiding flows; an axial turbulent flow of mixture of processed non-purified fluid and flocculant is created in the central zone. The flow is radial distributed by means of a static device counteracting rotation of this flow. The mixture is left to circulate if a peripheral zone; part of the mixture is transferred to the zone of separation. The method is implemented at an installation for fluid processing which includes a reactor and a zone for separation connected to a reactor bath outlet. Also the reactor consists of the bath and the flow guiding tube, completely submerged into a bath tub, and of a mixer with a vertical shaft located at some distance from the bottom of the bath.
