FIELD: motor industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to motor industry and may be used in design and manufacturing of protective designs of sun visors. Protective sun visor comprises reinforced frame, mechanism of rotation and fixation of rotary axis, which provides for interaction with end fixator and body. Body of polyurethane foam is arranged with coating on a pair of decorative composite pads, which close reinforced frame, and bears basic support of rotary device holder, which is installed along axis. Frame is connected to basic holder, which provides for retention of axial fixator in hole intended for its fixation in statics on immovable holder of car inside. Frame is made of discontinuous and rigidly joined reinforced elements, completion of shapes of which includes rigid interconnection of basic support of rotary device holder and axial fixator. Statically immovable basic holder is intended for axial fixator and creates closed link of frame intended for static fixation in proper position inside car.
EFFECT: possibility to separate body into composite elements, which provide both for recycling of body and repeated use of all separately manufactured component elements of collapsible protective sun visor, which saves metal and prevents repeated making of components that are included into visor of items.
