FIELD: physics, measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to ionometry and may be used for analysis of industrial and sewage waters of industrial enterprises to detect oxygen-containing ions of tungsten, molybdenum and vanadium. Ion-selective electrode for determination of concentration of oxygen-containing ions of tungsten, molybdenum and vanadium includes tubular hollow body from dielectric material and membrane connected to body. Membrane is arranged in the form of homogeneous, single-phase, amorphous film on the basis of polymer-salt composition, which contains water-soluble nonionic polymer and water-soluble oxygen-containing compound of appropriate metal. Water-soluble nonionic polymer that polymer-salt composition might contain is polyvinyl alcohol with molecular mass of 10000-20000 g/mole, and water-soluble oxygen-containing compounds of tungsten, molybdenum and vanadium are dodecatungstate, heptamolybdate and metavanadate of ammonium.
EFFECT: creation of ion-selective electrodes that are able to determine concentration of oxygen-containing ions of tungsten, molybdenum and vanadium in solutions.
