The essence of the method of prediction vascular pathology of a sight organ at the women after pregnancy complicated with gestosis consists that during the gestosis complicated pregnancy complicated, quantity of endothelin in a plaintive liquid and size of the Willebrand factor in blood serum are defined and at value of level of endothelin from above 3.1 ng/g and the Willebrand factor more than 120%, possibility of development of a vascular pathology of an eye in the remote period after sorts is prognosticated.

EFFECT: possibility of a sight organ pathology in the remote period after maternity at the women who have survived the gestosis complicated pregnancy.
