FIELD: physics, optics.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of optical and electronic direction-finding devices and may be used in devices of instruments protection against their detection in the battle field. Technical result is achieved by application of detachable lens hood with protective glass, surface of which is coated with light-absorbing coating that makes around 10% of field of view value. Glass is fixed in lens hood by means of pressing ring and has wedging that directs reflected laser radiation to side from source of illumination.
EFFECT: reduction of efficient surface of scattering of optical-electronic instruments during laser radiation of instruments by enemy locator.
