FIELD: physics; control.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to regulation of movement of motor transport and can be used for detecting means of transport. The system has a requester, put on a control point, and a transponder, put on the means of transport. The requester and transponder exchange signals on a radio link, set up using direct-sequencing spread spectrum with pseudorandom frequency hopping and time division channelling. The requester has the first radio controller with a built-in antenna, connected to an interface for connecting an external antenna, as well as with an external memory unit, liquid crystal monitor and command input unit. The transponder has the second radio controller with a built-in antenna, connected to an external memory unit, a unit for input of analogue and discrete signals and with a relay-controlled output unit. The radio controllers can detect and identify means of transport during exchange of service signals without setting up connection between the requester and the transponder. If connection is set up between the requester and the transponder, the radio controllers can obtain unidentifiable information from the means of transport, assigned to the means of transport during manufacturing. Radio controllers also enter data into the electronic passport of the means of transport through the radio controller interface either on radio links and/or act on the means of transport through the relay-controlled output unit.
