SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. Canned food is cooked by cutting and blanching cucumbers and tomatoes, cutting and freezing lettuce, cutting and grating horseradish, mixing the said ingredients with sugar, salt, calcium lactate, hot black pepper and laurel leaves without oxygen access, cutting meat, packing the meat, obtained mix and sour cream, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows receiving preserves, having the improved digestibility in comparison with the same culinary dish.
