FIELD: food production process.

SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting and blanching cucumbers and tomatoes, cutting and freezing lettuce, blanching and grating horseradish, mixing the said ingredients with acetic acid, sugar, salt, calcium acetate, black pepper and laurel leaf without oxygen access, cutting rabbit meat, packing rabbit meat, obtained mixture and bone broth , sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
