SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. Canned food is cooked by cutting and blanching cucumbers and tomatoes, cutting and freezing of lettuce, blanching and grating horseradish, mixing the said ingredients with acetic acid, sugar, salt, calcium acetate, hot black pepper and bay leaves without oxygen access, poultry cutting. Then follows poultry, produced mixture and bone broth packing, vacuum-sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: enhanced preserve digestibility.
