SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical surgical instruments and can be used at surgical and endoscopic operations for simultaneous section and cliping of tissues and vessels. Surgical scissors for bloodless section of tissues contain two crossed jaws with cutting edges on the working extremities. The jaws are established on connecting axis. In the first version the scissors are supplied by two identical artery forcepses attached to them. The clamps are symmetrically located along longitudinal axis of scissors on either side from them. The centres of connecting axes of clamps are displaced concerning the centre of connecting axis of scissors towards cutting edges of scissors. In the second version scissors are supplied by two identical artery forcepses attached to them. The clamps are symmetrically located along longitudinal axis of scissors on either side of from them. The bottom jaw of the scissors is bivotally bridged to the corresponding working extremity which by means of draught is attached to lever. The lever is pivotally bridged to the same jaw.

EFFECT: reduction of quantity of actions made by surgeon necessary for crossclamping and section of blood vessel or biological tissue; essential reduction of time of carrying out of operation; compactness of design of surgical scissors for bloodless section of the tissues, allowing to use them in difficultly accessible places without excessive hemorrhage and traumatising of tissues.
