FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy field. Particularly it relates to receiving of steel products with high surface conditions. Method includes process, chosen according to desired finite structure on the basis of electroarc furnace. Then it is implemented thin slabs founding, descaling from it, cutting for sections, if necessary, recurrent descaling, after aligning furnace additional descaling and rolling on finish rolling mill. Then it is implemented winding at following after last roll mill finishing stand winding station or winding id implemented after cooling section. At cooling section by means of cooling on delivery table it is implemented finite structure formation according to desired steel grade. Rolling production in finished appearance is winded on the second winding station.
EFFECT: receiving of production with better surface condition while extremely low content of carbon, nitrogen, sulphur, oxygen, and also reduced amount of detrimental impurities.
