FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transport machinery, particularly, to heat carrier ACS incorporated with vehicle (locomotives, trucks, tractors etc). The proposed controller comprises two induction motors with a phase rotor connected with the fan. The motor stator windings are connected to power supply. The rotor windings are interconnected by variable-resistors, their ratings being adjusted by impulse gate regulator connected to the control component. The latter is connected with the stator turn angle and cooling air temperature pickups. The said control component incorporates a mathematical model unit to compute the circuits intended for regulation the stator turn angle and operating conditions selecting unit generating signals setting the stator turn angle and the rating of extra resistance in the rotor circuit. The shafts are linked up with the cooling fan shaft. The stator of one induction motor is a rotary one linked up with the turning mechanism connected to the said control component.
EFFECT: expanded range of cooling fan shaft rpm, hence that of controlled temperatures.
