FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: method of controlling and adjusting the windmill propeller arrangement moment and angle depending upon rotary speed proceeds from characteristic curve. This curve shows that in the partial load conditions, on its first section (10) the moment is adjusted till the first preset rotary speed (n2). In the partial load conditions, on the curve second section (20) the moment is adjusted in the interval between first rotary speed (n1) and second rotary speed (n2). In full load conditions, on the third section (22), at least, one propeller angle is adjusted for rotary speed exceeding second rotary speed (112). In the full load conditions, on fourth section (24) the propeller angle is adjusted for rotary speeds lower than second rotary speed (n2) and exceeding third rotary speed (n3). Note that if, before the aforesaid adjustments, the control has been effected in compliance with third section (22) and in the partial load conditions on fifth section (26), then the moment has been adjusted for rotary speeds lower than third rotary speed (n3), if the control has been effected in compliance with fourth section (24).

EFFECT: higher power output.
