SUBSTANCE: device contains touch device with data unit of electrical signals and electronic block of signals reception and processing. The touch device is executed in the form of elastic incurvated blade with one extremity rigidly strengthened on the pipeline wall orthogonally its surface. The frontal and back surfaces of the blade have the strain-gauge indicators fixed on them, in particular, electrical resistance; their signals are included in measuring full-wave circuit.

EFFECT: increase of measurement results, construction simplification, expansion of functionality.
