FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology, and is a method of sample preparation for immunofluorescent studies in the diagnosis of Hailey-Hailey disease, comprising placing of cryostat skin sections of a laboratory animal on the slide, application of patient serum, incubation at a temperature of 37.2°C in a humid chamber for 45 minutes, sections washing, wherein the laboratory animal cryostat skin sections are treated with 100% pre-chilled acetone at temperature of 4.0-6.0°C temperature for 3-5 minutes, then dried for 2-3 minutes at room temperature, and washed for 3-5 minutes.
EFFECT: method of sample preparation for immunofluorescent studies in the diagnosis of Hailey-Hailey disease, allowing to increase the accuracy of diagnostic results.
